We believe that safety is more than compliance—it's about protecting people, preventing risk, and building a culture where everyone feels confident to do their best work.

As a woman in safety—a field still evolving in its diversity—I bring a unique perspective grounded in collaboration, clarity, and commitment.  Safety is often perceived in a negative light to both management and the workers, which can have a knock-on effect on how safety is applied in daily practice. I’ve spent my career on the ground, and it is where I have gained my best experience, coming to learn that sometimes less is simply more. So why over complicate it?
